RevenueGrader

Frequently asked questions

What does Revenue Grader actually do?
It analyzes a single public web page you submit and grades how well it’s set up to turn visitors into revenue. You get an overall Revenue Grade (A–F), nine subscores (conversion, trust, message clarity, SEO, AI visibility, mobile UX, CTA quality, proof, and technical readiness), and a prioritized list of specific fixes.
How is this different from a normal SEO or website checker?
Most checkers apply the same generic checklist to every page. We first detect what kind of page it is (homepage, service page, product page, SaaS landing page, local business page, and more) and what kind of business it’s for, then grade it against the conversion standard that actually fits that page. The focus is revenue, not vanity metrics.
Is the free scan really useful, or just a teaser?
The free scan gives you your real Revenue Grade, all nine subscores, your detected page type, and your three highest-impact fixes. The paid report adds every recommendation ranked by impact, a prioritized 30-day action plan, an AI Search Action Plan, and a downloadable report.
Is the $29 report refundable?
Yes, within 3 days. Email us and we'll make it right — we review each request and refund genuine cases.
How do I check if ChatGPT or Perplexity recommends my brand?
Open ChatGPT or Perplexity with web search enabled and ask the questions your buyers type about your category — not your brand name. If AI names competitors instead of you, the fix is almost always on-page: your site isn't structured so AI can read, trust, and quote it. Revenue Grader grades your AI-search readiness and shows you the specific fixes.
Do you guarantee more revenue, higher rankings, or AI visibility?
No. The grade and recommendations are automated, best-practice guidance to help you improve a page. Results depend on your market, offer, traffic, and execution. We never guarantee revenue, search rankings, or visibility in AI assistants.
What pages can I grade?
Any public page across local business, home services, ecommerce, SaaS, restaurants, agencies, consultants, healthcare, real estate, legal, financial services, creators, nonprofits, and more. We analyze the single public URL you submit.
How do you handle my data and the pages I scan?
We fetch only the single public page you submit, using a clearly identified bot, and we don’t bypass logins or paywalls. We store your scans so you can revisit them. See our Privacy Policy and AI Output Disclaimer for full details.
If the scoring is deterministic, why track over time?
The engine is consistent on purpose. The same page with the same inputs always gets the same grade, so a change in your score always means a real change, never noise. What moves is the page itself and the AI answers about it. You edit a section, a competitor publishes, a model updates, and your grade or your citations shift. Tracking is how you catch that shift the day it happens instead of the quarter you notice traffic fell.
